October 19, 2009: Proposal deadline for new and existing programs with changes
October 23, 2009: All Summer 2010 Faculty-Led programs approved
October 26, 2009: Faculty-Led applications available for students on OISP Website
October 29 & November 5, 2009: SM2010 Student Info Sessions held by OISP
December 1, 2009: Summer I student applications due to OISP
December 7, 2009: Summer II student applications due to OISP
December 2-8, 2009: OISP sends student applications to faculty for review
December 1, 2009 - January 15, 2010: Promotion for lower enrollment programs continues
December 15, 2009: Budgets for ALL programs due to OISP
January 15, 2010: Applications for lower enrollment programs due to OISP
Febraury 12, 2010: Faculty notify students of acceptance status (waitlisted or routed to other programs)
Feb TBD: List of courses sent to Registrar
February 17-18, 2010: Academic workshop for faculty
February 22, 2010: Decisions to cancel programs based on low enrollment
February 22, 2010: Summer I and Summer II invoices can be submitted to OISP
March TBD, 2010: Final list of accepted students goes to Registrar and Bursar
March/April TBD: OISP Pre-Departure Orientation for students participating on all faculty-led programs
April 14-15, 2010: "Last-Minute Things" Workshop for faculty
May 11, 2010: Summer I begins
July 6, 2010: Summer II begins
